Concrete poured right. The first time.
Double G Concrete Construction is Vernon's family-owned, full-service concrete contractor — driveways, slabs, foundations, site prep and commercial pours. One crew handles it all, from dirt work to the final finish.
The one-stop shop
One call. One crew.
Dirt to finish.
Most concrete jobs need three phone calls — somebody to haul, somebody to grade, somebody to pour. Miguel and the Double G crew do all of it. We've spent 15+ years pouring driveways, slabs and foundations across the greater Vernon area, and we run our own trucking and site prep, so your project doesn't wait on anyone else's schedule.
We listen first, plan the pour around what you actually need, and stand on the quality of the finish. That's how a family shop keeps working in the same small towns for this long.
Driveways &
sidewalks.
A driveway takes the weight of everything you own, every day. We form it, pour it and finish it to shed West Texas weather — new pours, tear-outs and widenings, plus sidewalks and walkways that stay flat.

Slabs &
foundations.
Shop floors, shed pads, barn slabs and house foundations — the pours everything else gets built on. We handle the forms, the steel and the finish, and we get the base right before a yard of concrete ever shows up.

- Foundations & stem walls

Commercial
concrete.
Big flat pours on a schedule — storage facilities, shop buildings, aprons and pads. We've got the crew and the equipment to place serious yardage and still hold a clean, flat finish across the whole slab.

Site prep &
trucking.
Good concrete starts under the concrete. We run our own dirt work and hauling — grading, pad prep, gravel and material delivery — so the base is built right and the pour lands on schedule.

Fencing.
The same crew that sets your concrete can set your fence — posts in concrete, lines pulled straight, gates hung right. Privacy and perimeter fencing to finish the property off.

How it works
From first call
to final finish.
- STEP 01
Reach out
Call or send the estimate form. We'll talk through the project and set up a time to come look at it — no obligation.
- STEP 02
Walk the site
We measure, talk design if you want one, and figure out exactly what the job needs. You get a straight answer on scope.
- STEP 03
Get scheduled
Deposit down, date on the calendar. We prep the site and line up the pour so nothing sits half-done.
- STEP 04
We pour
The crew handles everything start to finish. You get a clean site and concrete that's ready to work.
Our work
Poured, finished,
photographed.
The pour doesn't wait for comfortable weather.
In a Texas summer, the right time to pour is sometimes 4 a.m. We work the schedule the concrete needs — not the one that's easy — because the finish only comes out right when the timing does.
Why Double G
The values are
on the jobsite.
Five words we actually run the crew by — not wall art. It's why the same towns keep calling us back.
- I
Humility
We show up, listen to what you want, and don't talk down to anybody about their own property.
- II
Attitude
Concrete work is hard. The crew brings the energy that gets a pour finished right, not just finished.
- III
Integrity
Straight scope, straight schedule, straight answers. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
- IV
Loyalty
We're from here and we work here. Neighbors are repeat customers — that only happens one way.
- V
Quality
Flat, square, finished clean. Quality concrete speaks for itself long after we've loaded up.

Good questions
Before you
call.
How do estimates work?
They're free. Call or send the form, we'll come walk the site in person, take measurements and give you a straight number for the whole job — site prep included, since we do that ourselves.
Do you handle the dirt work too, or just the pour?
Both. We run our own site prep and trucking — grading, pad building, gravel and hauling — so one crew takes the project from bare dirt to finished concrete.
How long before I can use my new concrete?
You can usually walk on it after a day or two, and drive on a driveway after about a week. Concrete keeps gaining strength for weeks after the pour — we'll give you exact guidance for your slab and the weather it cured in.
Do you take on commercial projects?
Yes — commercial slabs, storage and shop buildings, aprons and pads are a regular part of our work, and we can place large pours on a schedule.
What if I'm outside the Vernon area?
Call us anyway. We regularly work Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Knox City and up into Lawton, OK — and we take on jobs beyond that list when the project's right.
Let's get it poured.
Tell us what you're planning — a driveway, a shop slab, a full commercial pad — and we'll come look at it. Free estimate, no runaround.
